AS A JUNIOR (2012): Was one of 10 players selected to the All-Big West Honorable Mention squad…finished ninth in the league (second on the team) averaging 3.34 kills per set (417 overall) and led the conference with 49 aces (0.39 per set)…her 4.01 points per set ranked seventh in the Big West and second on the team…her 49 aces ranked second in Fullerton single-season history, while her 501.5 points ranked 10^th in single-season history…ended the year with 27 matches of 10 kills or more, including two matches with at least 20 kills…finished the year with 20 double-doubles…totaled a career high 24 kills against Cal Poly (11/16)… totaled a career-best 27 digs in a four-set victory over UC Irvine (11/10)…recorded five service aces in four-set victory over CSU Bakersfield (09/07), a season-best for a Titan in 2012...during Fullerton’s five-match win streak, averaged 12.6 kills and 16.2 digs per match (09/29-10/19). 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in 95 of the Titans' 111 sets over 26 matches • Made 22 starts • Was a viable conference player of the year candidate through the pre-season, posting 10 double-doubles (kills/digs) in her first 14 matches. She had just one-double-double After Oct. 1 (Nov. 11 at UC Davis) • Had 10-or-more kills in 12 matches on the year with five of those surpassing the 15-kill mark • Set a career high on Sept. 16 against BYU with 18 kills (.333) • Had 15 matches with double digits in digs including a career-high 22 scoops on Sept. 24 vs. UC Santa Barbara • Also set career-highs at the net, logging a pair of 4-block efforts. Had one solo block and three block assists on Sept. 9 at Montana. Had three solos and one assist on Sept. 30 at UC Riverside • Set a career-high with four service aces on Sept. 3 vs. Presbyterian. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Played in 45 sets over 18 matches as a freshman • Registered a kill in five matches including a season-high six in 10 swings (.400) on Aug. 28 against LMU • Landed a season-best two service aces on Aug. 28 at USC • Had five-or-more digs six times and tallied a season-best nine digs twice (Aug. 28 at USC and Oct. 14 vs. Cal State Northridge) • Had a pair of two-block performances (one solo, one assist) on Sept. 11 at UNLV and Nov. 20 at Cal State Northridge • Recorded digs in each of her last six matches • Played in two sets in the Titans' first NCAA appearance (one kill, one assist, two digs, 1.0 point) against Colorado State on Dec. 3.

CAPISTRANO VALLEY HS: Was a two-year volleyball letterwinner at Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo under Head Coach Darren Utterback • Was a first team All-South Coast League honoree in 2009 and was named the team's best offensive player • Was also named to both the Aloha Cougar Classic and the Maui Classic all-tournament teams in 2009 • Was a fixture on the Principal's Honor Roll (2007-10), was on the District Honor Roll her senior year and graduated with Academic Distinction with a 3.5 GPA or better all four years of high school • Also played varsity basketball for three years and was named the team's best defensive player her senior season.

PERSONAL: Born on Oct. 27, 1992, in Newport Beach, Calif. • Full name is Breanna Kay Moreland • Parents are James and Rhonda Moreland • Has a younger brother, Taylor (18) • Major is public relations and minor is psychology • Favorites include: Lil Wayne (musical artist), "Workaholics" (TV shows), Boston Celtics' guard Rajon Rondo (athlete), wakeboarding (outside interest) and shrimp pasta (food).
